Boy, has South Korean companies come a long way since they started industrializing the nation a few decades ago. Remember back in the day when people shunned Korean handsets like Samsung and LG due to their perceived poor build quality? I even vividly remember that one of my frieds preferred a Nokia above all else as he claimed that Samsung phones were made out of recycled plastic, hence having a lower intrinsic value in the eye of the beholder
