This ain’t no ordinary hat, and as the cold chill of winter descends, why not get the Light & Sound Hat to not only keep you warm, but make you cool as well? It can be connected to your iPod or other compatible MP3/MP4 players, cellphones, or musical playback devices in order to let its amplified speakers get to work. The EQ panels located on the sides will analyze the beat patterns and pulse along in tandem, transforming you into a walking, talking, breathing musical light show. Seems to be out of stock at the moment though for…

The mosquito is one of the most hated insects for many of us, and the incessant buzzing during the night could drive any sane person mad as one tries to catch some shuteye, especially for those who have had a particularly rough day and just want to escape into dreamland where there are no nagging bosses and pressing deadlines to meet. If you don’t...
Dock your iPod in a corner of the Table of Sound concept model and turn it up for the built-in speakers. Now try to get anything done while your table is shaking from the old-school rock blasting out its sides. (more…)

Alright, so I’m aware it’s a touch on the strange side to put a light inside of a bright orange cheese grater. However, being a person who has a tendency to wander the house at night, it’s always nice to have a dim light going in the kitchen. Then if you’re going to keep a light in the kitchen, you might as well make...
Helping people find your home is sometimes a bit obnoxious. I’ve always had to give a very exact description, because I live in an apartment within a house and I don’t have an apartment number on my door. Which has always made me worry about what’d happen if emergency officials needed to find my door. This little screw...
It has been a long nine months before your bundle of joy popped out, and now you have to grapple with the issues of parenthood with your spouse. Sometimes, you tend to end up at work as a zombie due to the lack of sleep as your little one keeps on crying throughout the night.

If you’re not into the normal lamps that you can easily find for incredibly cheap prices, here’s one that’ll make people take a moment to understand what they’re looking at. Instead of this being a lamp constructed of things like wood and a fabric lamp shade, it’s made out of its own wire. Yes, the wire used to...
Light switches have had the same boring design for many years. The only way it can be changed up is typically to add a decorative light switch cover and usually those look incredibly cheesy. Which means it’s best to just attempt to make the switch blend in with its surroundings. Well now you have another option and yes, it is actually...
If you’re having issues with getting to sleep at night, there’s another gadget out there that you could give a try. After all, it’d be better than laying around in a sleep clinic and told to try to sleep while you’re on one of the most uncomfortable beds ever created. Admittedly this method is a bit strange, but it’s...
Kids are notorious for leaving lights on. They don’t have the burden of knowing how high that energy bill really is when they constantly leave the lights on within rooms they aren’t using. This light switch was probably created to save the earth, but it might be nice to have purely to save your sanity. With this visual reminder...
I’ve always had a certain fondness for traffic themed gadgets that get re-purposed. Partially because it’s better than just tossing those items out and then just because I like the look of them. Unfortunately, despite that they’d have just gone to the trash, the items like this are never cheap. This Super Guppy floor lamp...

All we want is a one cable that works with every gadget
[Gadgets]
What we would like to see is one cable that carries audio, video and power to or from whatever device you need to use. It needs to be small, it needs to have tremendous bandwidth (perhaps using fiber optics), and it needs to be smart enough not to ruin anything you plug it into. It sure would beat the alphabet soup we have to deal with now.
